Mastermind Behavior Services GA, a dedicated ABA company, is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Forsyth, Georgia. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, implementing evidence-based therapy methods to help them reach their full potential. Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Skills and Qualifications:
Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus, but not required Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
