Job Description

The Nurturing Nest is a growing, family-centered ABA practice dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and culturally responsive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. We provide services in natural environments, including homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. We are seeking passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Schedule:
Flexible scheduling based on client needs and therapist availability
Service Areas:
In-home, school, daycare, and community-based services Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the BCBA. Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to clients in natural environments. Collect accurate and consistent data during sessions. Teach communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skills. Implement behavior-reduction and replacement-behavior procedures. Use evidence-based ABA strategies while maintaining a compassionate and child-centered approach. Maintain professional communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team. Participate in supervision, team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development. Complete session documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Promote generalization of learned skills across people, settings, and environments. Maintain client confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and organizational requirements. What We're Looking For Current RBT certification preferred/required. Experience working with children is preferred. Experience in ABA is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a clinical team. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
