Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve quality of life through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate patient care and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive behavioral treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis. Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures to establish baseline behaviors and identify goals. Implement behavioral therapy interventions that promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors in children and individuals with disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate seamless communication across all parties. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification. Demonstrated experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, medical terminology, and maintaining confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to working with diverse populations. Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and manage intake processes efficiently. Prior experience in behavioral health settings or special education environments is highly desirable. Pay:
$65.00 - $70.00 per hour
