Rapid Professional Certification:

The Opportunity:
ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) As a valued member of our team, you will implement customized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children increase their communication, social, self-help, and play skills. Our clinical team is dedicated to superior client outcomes and your professional success. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, 1:1 therapy following BCBA-developed treatment plans. Accurately record and relay client progress data using Stride's system. Write and submit detailed clinical notes summarizing client sessions. Build positive, professional relationships with families. Maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Must be at least 18 years old A strong, caring, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor. Possess a strong work ethic and positively contribute to the Stride culture. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including moving freely, quickly and frequently, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Successfully complete Stride's onboarding and training. Experience in the following roles has proven to have a successful transition into the RBT role: Nanny Teacher Teacher Assistant Paraprofessional Special Education teacher Early childhood education provider Daycare Teacher Psychology Degree to start a truly meaningful career that offers growth, support, and a predictable schedule.
