Required Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational or behavioral support context Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with teachers, therapists, and families Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities:
