Part-Time Training Program Compensation:
Successful candidates who complete the training program, obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, and satisfy all employment requirements will transition into a paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position starting at $22.00 per hour . Eligible participants may also receive a $2,000 completion bonus in accordance with the program requirements. About the Opportunity Are you passionate about working with children and looking to build a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Our Behavior Technician (BT) Trainee Program is designed for motivated individuals who are interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . You'll receive structured training, mentorship from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) , and hands-on learning to prepare you for the RBT certification process. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a meaningful career supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. What You'll Learn Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention strategies Data collection and clinical documentation Professional and ethical standards Communication and behavior support techniques Preparation for the RBT Competency Assessment and certification exam Responsibilities During Training Attend all scheduled training sessions and learning activities. Observe and participate in ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision. Complete required training modules and competency preparation. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Follow organizational policies and maintain client confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Passion for working with children and families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation to assigned clinic locations. Ability to successfully complete the RBT training and certification process. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required. After Successful Completion Successful participants who complete the training program, obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, and meet employment requirements will transition into a paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position starting at $22.00 per hour . Employment Commitment Applicants should be committed to completing the training program and continuing employment with our organization for a minimum of six (6) months after transitioning into the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role.
