Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting students' growth and well-being at a therapeutic school serving K-12 learners with social-emotional disabilities. This contract opportunity offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time (2-3 days/week) schedules available. You'll be part of a dedicated educational team, collaborating closely with staff to create positive, effective learning environments for every student. In this dynamic, school-wide BCBA role, you'll work alongside passionate educators and administrators, providing expertise that makes a lasting impact on students' behavioral and emotional success.
What We're Looking For:
Active BCBA certification Substantial professional experience as a BCBA (no new grads, please) Proven history working in a school environment Strong background addressing social-emotional disabilities in K-12 students Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to start as soon as possible and commit through May 27, 2027
In This Role, You Will:
Deliver consultation and direct support for behavioral programming across the school Conduct functional behavior assessments and create effective intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes Train and mentor school staff on behavioral strategies and data collection methods Continuously adjust plans based on student progress and school-wide needs Support a nurturing, inclusive environment tailored to each student's needs This is your chance to make a measurable difference for children who benefit from specialized behavioral support.
