Job Description

If you are looking for a rewarding career while positively impacting the lives of children and teens impacted with Autism Spectrum Disorder, then, ABA Child Services would love to hire you! At ABA Child Services, we are looking for caring and ambitious Registered Behavior Technicians with minimum 1-year experience to provide in-home services for children and teens. We are currently looking for candidates to work in Braidwood, IL. We also have part-time afternoon positions available (10-15 hours per week).
Responsibilities include:
Work one-on-one with clients to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plan as developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect data during sessions (includes daily progress notes, program modifications and parent signature) Be responsive to the needs of clients and their families Maintain professionalism and respect for clients at all times
Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Bachelor's degree or pursuit of degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Sociology, Social Work or related field or equivalent life experience Previous experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or Behavioral Therapy Knowledge and experience with various ABA methodologies Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
