Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this rewarding position, you will implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change in various settings, including home and school environments. Your dedication will help clients achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties Implement personalized behavior intervention plans based on client-specific goals and ABA principles under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or supervisor Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting to promote independence and functional skills Collect accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients during structured teaching activities focused on communication, social skills, academic skills, and behavior management Document all session details, progress notes, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to ensure consistency across environments Maintain a safe and supportive environment by adhering to ethical standards outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other disabilities Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and implementation of ABA therapy protocols Ability to assist with ADLs and support behavioral health through positive reinforcement strategies Proficiency in behavioral data collection, analysis, and documentation for progress tracking Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and confidentiality requirements under HIPAA Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family collaboration, and team coordination Previous experience in home-based behavioral therapy or school settings is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about making a difference through compassionate care, evidence-based practices, and professional growth. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
