Job Description

Make an impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by providing essential support and guidance to young learners. This rewarding contract opportunity runs from mid-August 2026 through early June 2027 and offers a hybrid arrangement, giving you the flexibility to shape your work-life balance while delivering high-quality behavior management in PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. With rotating assignments each quarter, youll build valuable relationships and contribute to positive learning environments across multiple classrooms.
What Youll Bring:
Current, active BCBA certification Experience supporting behavior management in school or similar settings Ability to provide coaching and direct support to staff working with young children Flexibility to work both on-site (minimum 3 days per week) and remotely Strong observational and analytical skills, with a focus on proactive interventions Commitment to completing in-person background checks prior to your start date
What Youll Do:
Deliver expert behavior support and coaching to PreKKindergarten classrooms Conduct in-person observations and develop behavior intervention strategies Rotate support across classrooms each quarter, fostering collaboration and consistency Maintain thorough documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and stakeholders Adapt approaches as needed to meet unique student and classroom needs Support implementation of best practices in behavior management and staff development This hybrid contract role offers competitive pay between $65 and $70 per hour, recognizing your expertise and dedication.
