In this full-time, on-site role based in Champaign, IL, you will join a visionary Clinical ABA team that champions direct instruction, precision teaching, and OT collaboration. Guided by data-based decision making, you'll drive progress for students that thrive with individualized, meaningful programming.

Key Qualifications:

Current BCBA or BCaBA certification (or eligibility and plan to earn credential), or equivalent ABA expertise. 2-3 years' clinical experience supporting neurodiverse children (ages 3-13) in educational or ABA settings.

Strong ABA skills:

data analysis, FBA, BIP development, intervention implementation. Knowledge of Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching frameworks is highly valued. Experience collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams; clear, supportive communicator. Understanding of sensory processing and OT integration; bilingual skills are a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans. Deliver and adjust ABA-based interventions targeting language, reasoning, executive function, and social skills. Track data and use precision teaching to inform learning decisions. Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and teachers on integrated strategies. Train and supervise support staff; facilitate regular family communication and team meetings. Uphold program fidelity, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Stay current with best practices in behavioral science.
