Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2025-2026 school year. This position offers the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of students while working in a collaborative school environment. The assignment spans from August 27, 2026, to June 12, 2027, with structured weekday hours—Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 3:45pm—including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks each day. Your primary responsibility will be providing dedicated 1:1 behavioral support for a student in an elementary building, fostering their growth and success in a supportive academic setting.
Key Qualifications:
Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience working in school settings, especially elementary levels, preferred Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and practical application in classroom environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school staff, students, and families Ability to maintain detailed documentation and follow behavior intervention plans Professional, flexible, and compassionate approach to working with children
