Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in our clinic Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect, document, and report client progress accurately Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Build positive relationships with children and their families Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes Celebrate milestones and meaningful progress with every child Participate in ongoing training and professional development What we expect from you: High school diploma or GED Strong communication and interpersonal skills Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred) Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care Experience working with children preferred ABA experience preferred Schedule Options Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available Build Your Future with Total Care ABA At Total Care ABA , you're more than an employee—you become part of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential while supporting your own personal and professional growth.
