Hope Behavioral Services (HBS) is seeking driven and compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians. At HBS, we specialize in one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy tailored to meet each individual client's needs, and we do it with passion and care.

What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs Use positive reinforcement strategies to help clients reach their goals Track client progress and communicate regularly with your clinical team Work closely with a clinical care team.

What We're Looking For:

Active RBT Certification or willingness to obtain (complete PAID training with us!) Passion for working with children and making a difference Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliable, compassionate, and ready to grow Active CPR license or willing to obtain (paid for by Hope) Ability to sit, stand, crouch, kneel, bend over, and lift 25+ pounds Ability to complete and pass TB test Willing to travel to other location, when needed Whether you're just starting your ABA journey or looking for a place that values your experience, we'd love to meet you!
