Qualifications:

Must be a registered RBT/Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Technician or must have interest and one year experience working with children with behavior issues and/or preferably children with special needs. If not a current RBT we can train and credential, but still must have one year experience working with kids with behavior issues and/or special needs. EICS is looking for 3 RBTs/Behavior Techs to join our team at our Vine Grove clinic. If you are a person who is interested in working with children with Autism and special needs, we have a position that would meet your needs. We have 4 on site-in person BCBAs that offer training and support to all of our RBTs. We welcome individuals with degrees and those who are working on their BCaBA and BCBA's. We have positions that help support those indirect hours that are needed! At EICS, if you do not have your RBT Certification, we help you get your certification. We have a large ABA program and need RBT's to work at our Vine Grove clinic. All materials for services are provided for you. Lots of support and supervision are also provided for you while you work with our clients. $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
