Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives as a Registered Behavior Technician for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. Bring your skills and compassion to a dynamic school environment within a welcoming Louisiana community. This contract, onsite RBT role spans from September 14, 2026, through May 19, 2027, engaging you in full-time behavioral support for one dedicated school location. Your experience and commitment will help create a positive impact, supporting students' success in collaboration with school teams and an agency-supplied BCBA supervisor. This position focuses on hands-on delivery of evidence-based interventions and data collection, working closely with special education staff and families. You'll be a valued resource for students, gaining rewarding experience in a supportive educational setting.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous school or pediatric behavioral experience preferred Demonstrated skills implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Strong observational, communication, and documentation abilities Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable approach
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out direct behavioral interventions as outlined in individual education plans Maintain accurate records by collecting and reporting on student data Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent strategies Communicate progress and observations effectively to the supervising BCBA Contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive educational climate
