Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting student success as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a contract role working onsite with a vibrant educational community. Youll have a direct, positive impact on students, collaborating closely with school staff and receiving guidance from experienced professionals. This role is based near Napoleonville, LA, and runs from ASAP through late May 2027, allowing you to build meaningful connections and experience.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required and must be on hand at the time of application Prior experience in K-12 educational or school-based settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, educators, and supervisors Reliable with excellent time managementable to fulfill 35-37.5 hours per week onsite Commitment to confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all student interactions Flexibility and adaptability to changing school environments and student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior intervention and support services to students under supervision of qualified school professionals Accurately implement and track behavior intervention plans according to guidelines Collect data and document student progress for case management and reporting Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to ensure holistic student development Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive school environment Engage in professional development activities as required This contract position allows you to develop your skills and make a meaningful difference in students daily experiences.
