Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and with the families of Marblehead.________________________________________

The BCBA will provide behavioral support services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional and behavioral challenges, and other disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, functional behavior assessments, and the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in collaboration with school teams.Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and support staff.
