Virtual Zoom Interview Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join an elementary school team in Marblehead, MA for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with students in a supportive educational environment while making a meaningful impact on their academic, behavioral, and social success. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and/or small group behavioral support to students under the direction of the educational team. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and strategies developed by supervising professionals. Collect and document behavioral and progress data accurately. Assist students with social skills development, classroom participation, and daily routines. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers. Reinforce positive behaviors and support students in achieving individualized goals. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Experience working with children preferred. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to follow behavioral programming and intervention plans accurately. Must meet all school district onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting and background screening. Why Apply?
