Our team of dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivers evidence-based interventions that promote growth, independence, and meaningful change. Benefits for Behavior Technicians (BTs): Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid training Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Advance pay options Referral bonus program Fun company outings and team events Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician (BT): Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism Accurately collect and document behavioral data Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT): Hourly pay: $22-$28 (based on experience and certification) Full-time and part-time: 15- 40 hours per week Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Qualifications for Behavior Technician (BT): Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children, preferably with autism Strong behavioral management and communication skills Join our team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism through compassionate care and evidence-based therapy.
