Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials are required. Masters degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Proven experience delivering ABA therapy in educational settings. Strong understanding of IEP and FBA processes within schools. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Passion for empowering students and supporting their behavioral success.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct and interpret Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs. Develop, monitor, and support the implementation of behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support for each student. Provide staff training and consultation to promote best practices in behavior management. Track and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
