Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators and school staff to implement evidence-based ABA strategies in classroom settings Provide direct and consultative support to students with behavioral and developmental needs Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress, making recommendations to enhance outcomes Facilitate training and ongoing support for staff and caregivers on behavior intervention techniques Foster a positive, inclusive environment where students can thrive
