Qualifications and Experience:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working in educational settings, preferably with school-aged children Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Capable of conducting functional behavior assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions Ability to train and mentor school staff and caregivers in ABA strategies Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and data collection

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess students behavioral needs and develop comprehensive treatment and intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school professionals to provide targeted supports Oversee and monitor implementation of behavior intervention plans; regularly evaluate effectiveness Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive informed decision-making Deliver staff training on ABA techniques and behavior management strategies Participate in IEP meetings and share progress reports with educational teams and families Support students social, emotional, and behavioral growth to foster optimistic, inclusive learning environments This position offers the rewarding opportunity to shape students success and contribute to a positive school climate.
