Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, oversee, and refine individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Conduct clinical assessments and monitor client progress through meaningful data collection.

Analyze data and use clinical findings to guide treatment decisions and modifications.

Provide ongoing training, mentorship, supervision, and clinical guidance to staff.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support client goals and outcomes.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.

Build positive and trusting relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support the development and continuous improvement of clinical programs and services.

QualificationsActive BCBA certification in good standing.

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred/required as applicable.

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.

Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and ethical practices.

Demonstrated ability to use clinical data to make treatment decisions.

Strong communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license.

Willingness to provide services in an in-home setting.

Commitment to serving individuals and families in communities with significant behavioral-health needs.

Compensation & Benefits$74,000-$120,000 annual salary, depending on experience and position structure.

Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily focused on in-home behavioral services, with a hybrid/remote component where appropriate. The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure effective and individualized care.
