Job Overview Better Days ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team. The individual will work directly with children with developmental disabilities, including autism, providing evidence-based behavioral therapy and support. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive behavioral change and skill development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children, and a commitment to improving clients' quality of life through patient-centered care. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, and feeding Collect accurate data on client behaviors and progress to inform treatment adjustments Support clients in developing communication, social, and self-care skills through teaching strategies Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation, including progress notes and care plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages positive behavior management and skill acquisition Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in intervention strategies Adhere to all ethical standards related to patient care, confidentiality, and medical records management Skills Prior work or personal experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Ability to assist with ADLs and implement teaching methods tailored to individual needs Proficiency in data collection and documentation of behavioral progress Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals in achieving their full potential RBT Certification is not required at the time of application. Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
