In this energetic role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in both home-based and clinical settings. Your dedication will help foster independence, improve communication, and enhance overall quality of life for those you serve. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene to promote independence. Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and inform treatment plans. Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols designed by licensed behavior analysts to teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors. Support clients during therapy sessions by applying behavior management techniques aligned with ethical guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation of medical records, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency in care plans and behavioral strategies. Participate in ongoing training on medical terminology, special education practices, and ethical standards for behavior analysts. Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and data collection methods. Ability to assist with ADLs and support behavioral health interventions in various settings including home-based environments. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA standards. Demonstrated professionalism adhering to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Experience working within school settings or supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
