This position is ideal for clinicians who want the support of an established autism center while also having the opportunity to build a full caseload and earn additional production-based compensation. We provide the clinical space, administrative support, billing support, scheduling support, credentialing assistance, referral support, documentation systems, and operational infrastructure needed to help clinicians focus on high-quality ABA care. Compensation Highlights Up to $120,000 annual gross compensation Production-based bonus opportunity Applicable seat/practice-support and administrative fees Full autism-center support structure Administrative, billing, and scheduling support Credentialing and payer enrollment support Referral and marketing support BCBA supervision/oversight provided for BCaBAs as required Compensation structure reviewed during the interview and offer process Responsibilities The BCBA or BCaBA clinician will provide autism center-based ABA services, including: Developing and supporting individualized treatment plans Conducting assessments and reviewing client progress Supervising RBTs / behavior technicians as appropriate Providing caregiver training and family support Updating programming based on client progress Collaborating with families, technicians, and administrative staff Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Participating in clinical meetings and supervision as needed Supporting ethical, high-quality ABA services Qualifications BCBA Applicants Current BCBA certification Experience working with children with autism and developmental needs Strong treatment-planning and supervision skills Ability to manage a full clinical caseload Strong communication and documentation skills Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA care BCaBA Applicants Current BCaBA certification Ability to work under BCBA supervision as required Experience supporting ABA programming for children with autism and developmental needs Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and staff Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services What We Provide Autism center treatment space Administrative and scheduling support Billing and credentialing support Referral and marketing support EHR, data collection, and documentation systems Treatment-plan and authorization support Clinical collaboration and supervision Practice operations support Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is clinically strong, organized, ethical, and motivated to grow within a supported autism center environment.
