Behavioral Technician - Paid Training Provided Michigan Autism Care & ABA Services (The MAC Center) Now hiring in St. Johns, Alma, and Midland! Are you patient, energetic, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children? Join The MAC Center as a Behavioral Technician and help children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder build skills that increase their confidence and independence. Behavioral Technicians provide engaging, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of experienced supervisors. You will work directly with clients to strengthen important skills, including: Communication and social interaction Daily living and independence Play and relationship-building Emotional and behavioral regulation School-readiness skills This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, child development, healthcare, or behavioral science. Previous ABA experience is welcomed, but it is not required—we provide the training and support you need to succeed! What We Offer In-house Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training CPR, First Aid, and AED training Ongoing RBT supervision and professional support BCaBA/BCBA supervision and practicum-hour opportunities Hands-on experience working in the behavioral health field The opportunity to make a lasting impact through consistent one-on-one care Part-time schedules of up to 30 hours per week Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required RBT certification preferred, but not required CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred A dependable, compassionate, and positive attitude Ability to engage actively with children and provide consistent support Schedule Our centers operate Monday through Friday.

During the school year:

Center hours: 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Greatest staffing need:

3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

During the summer:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
