Qualifications and Experience:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Previous experience working in schools or educational settings is highly valued. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with educators, families, and students. Excellent assessment, data-analysis, and intervention-planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students. Train and mentor school staff on the implementation of behavior support strategies. Monitor student progress using data-driven methods and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure interventions are effective and aligned with educational goals. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans. Stay current with best practices and legal requirements related to Behavioral Analysis in school settings.
