Qualifications & Required Experience Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Completed fingerprinting process for Missouri school districts (candidate covers the $45 fee). Prior experience in schools or working with behavioral support, particularly autism. Capable of adapting to various classroom environments as needs arise. Ability to engage positively with students, staff, and families. Key Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral intervention and support in an autism classroom. Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA and instructional staff. Support students in achieving social, emotional, and academic goals. Collaborate with educators to develop and modify strategies during the school year. Maintain consistent documentation and communication regarding student progress.
