What We're Offering Your Role Is BCBA:

Focus on clinical care, with no RBT shifts, lunch coverage, floater duties, or recruiting responsibilities. Up to 6

Weeks Paid Time Off:

Enjoy 12 paid holidays, 4 paid personal days, and the potential to earn 15 PTO days, providing over six weeks of combined paid time off. Up to $100,000

Base Salary:

Plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities. Based on your experince and skills as a BCBA. Up to $10,000

Sign-On Bonus:

A manageable expectation that supports quality clinical care and work-life balance. Only 4-6

Children Per BCBA:

Small caseloads that allow meaningful face-to-face time and individualized care.

No Driving Between Locations:

Work at one clinic without traveling between homes, schools, or multiple clinics during your workday.

No Making Up Hours:

You won't be expected to make up hours missed because of client cancellations.

Predictable Hours:

Weekday clinic schedules with evenings and weekends off.

Employee referral incentives and other eligible benefits. What You'll Be Doing Develop and oversee individualized, therapy treatment plans. Conduct assessments and monitor children's progress. Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians. Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children. Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership. Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care. What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification through the BACB. Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure. Master's degree in ABA or a related field. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills. Passion for early intervention and helping children with autism thrive. Grow your career.
