Job Description

Community Connections is currently seeking Behavior Technicians in the Moore County area. Immediate Openings!! Well above average pay!!
Description:
A Behavior Technician provides 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Case Supervisor. Responsible for implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed through working directly with clients in a one on one or group setting, collect and record data, create and maintain materials, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Must be good with children with special needs.
Duties:
1. Works in school setting providing one on one assistance 2. Assists the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming in a 1:1 setting. 3. Collects data on all programming and writes progress notes. 4. Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel. 5. With the BCBA, instructs patients and family/significant others in-home programs and protocols. 6. Maintains current CPR certification. 7. Must hold an active RBT or ABAT certification 8.
BLS/ CPR
Certification or willingness to achieve certification. Must be in a Face-to-face format. 9. Reliable transportation and insurance. 10. Willingness to travel to and from clients' homes within 30-45 minutes of your location (if applicable) 11. Strong computer and technology skills and reliable internet connection for data input. 12. Pass a criminal and driving background check 13. Strong written and oral communication skills, if interested, apply by submitting a cover letter, resume and hourly rate requirements
