Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior TechnicianAngier, NC | Part-Time | 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Anchor Excelled Learners (AEL) is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Angier, North Carolina . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families, and is interested in developing their skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Position Schedule Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Part-time In-home services in the Angier area Consistent afternoon schedule Responsibilities The RBT/BT will provide direct ABA services under the supervision and guidance of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include:

Providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their home and community environments Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA Teaching communication, social, daily living, and independence skills Supporting children in reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based strategies Collecting accurate and timely session data Following behavior intervention and skill-acquisition protocols Completing session notes and required documentation Communicating professionally with caregivers and members of the clinical team Participating in training, supervision, and team meetings Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients Qualifications RBT applicants: Current RBT certification preferred/required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks Ability to complete all required AEL and compliance training Strong communication and organizational skills BT applicants: Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required Must be willing to complete required training and pursue RBT certification AEL provides support and resources to help eligible employees complete their required training What We Look For We are looking for someone who is: Patient and compassionate Reliable and dependable Comfortable working one-on-one with children Open to feedback and professional development Comfortable working with challenging behaviors A strong communicator Willing to learn and grow within the ABA field Committed to providing quality care to children and families Why Join Anchor Excelled Learners?
