Registered Behavior Technician RBT Location:
Cedar Point, NC Position:
Part Time Pay:
$24.00 to $30.00 per hour Sign on
Bonus:
$500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
Client Cancelations:
50% pay for eligible client cancelations
Schedule:
Flexible afternoon and early evening hours. Additional hours may become available as our client base continues to grow. Why Join Thrive Hive ABA Competitive pay from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Flexible afternoon and evening schedule Additional hours available as our client base grows Ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship Paid training and professional development Opportunities for career advancement Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Meaningful work that makes a lasting difference Responsibilities Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation Communicate effectively with families and supervisors Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Maintain professionalism and confidentiality Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred Behavior Technician applicants who have completed the required 40 hour training within the past 60 days are encouraged to apply Previous ABA experience or experience working with children with autism preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Morehead City service area Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for helping children and families thrive Grow Your Career With Us At Thrive Hive ABA, we are committed to helping our team members succeed professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
