Job Summary As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will: Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Collect accurate session data and document progress. Collaborate with your clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
