Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, providing evidence-based behavioral therapy to support their growth and development. Your energy and compassion will help foster positive change, empowering clients to reach their full potential through personalized, data-driven interventions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on established ABA protocols under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene, promoting independence and self-care skills Support clients in developing communication, social, and functional skills through engaging teaching strategies Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in care plans and progress updates Adhere strictly to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering high-quality client care Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other disabilities Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques Ability to implement ABA therapy protocols with fidelity in various settings, including home-based environments and schools Skilled in data collection, analysis, and documentation related to behavioral health interventions Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodiverse populations in educational or clinical settings Excellent client communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive medical information Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive care plans Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician if you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
