StarRise ABA is Hiring an RBT for a DAYTIME Case in
Longwood, NC Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM | Daycare Services | Part Time | RBT Certification Required Why StarRise ABA StarRise ABA was built on a simple belief: children thrive when care is connected. We do not treat our RBTs as interchangeable staff filling a schedule. We look for people who genuinely love working with children on the spectrum, who show up consistently, and who understand that reliability is part of the therapy itself. If a session is cancelled or a therapist does not show, that is a disruption to a child's routine and a family's trust. We take that seriously, and we look for RBTs who take it just as seriously as we do. This is a role for someone who wants to be part of a child's growth, not just clock hours. We Build Community Around Care. Children and families do better when support systems are connected. We partner with families, schools, providers, and local organizations to build a stronger circle of care. We Engage Families as Partners. Caregiver involvement is not an add on, it is central to meaningful ABA. We Raise the Bar. Integrity is not situational. Industry standard is our floor, not our ceiling. We Measure What Actually Matters. Real independence and family confidence matter more than hours logged or boxes checked. StarRise ABA-A Constellation of Care If you are dependable, passionate about working with children on the spectrum, and ready to be part of a team that treats connected care as the standard rather than the exception, we would love to hear from you.
