As an RBT, you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by: Providing one-on-one ABA therapy services in home and community settings Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collecting and recording client data using electronic systems (training provided) Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and clinical team members Participating in supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training
What You Bring:
