9654505-03106 Job Description Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting a Kindergarten student in a dynamic school setting near Hooksett, NH. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, allowing you to engage deeply with your student while collaborating with a dedicated educational team. You will provide intensive 1:1 support to a nonverbal, autistic Kindergarten child who is in the process of acquiring an AAC device. The student is not aggressive and thrives with compassionate, individualized assistance in the general classroom environment. Your expertise and understanding will be essential to ensure the students maximum participation and growth during each school day.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience working with children on the autism spectrum, particularly in school settings Familiarity supporting students who are nonverbal and/or use AAC devices is highly valued Ability to work confidently and independently, while also fostering collaboration with school staff Patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to encourage student progress Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom experience
