Part-Time BCBA (School-Based)
Location:
Meredith, NH Schedule:
Approximately 4 hours per week, school-based
Pay:
Hourly $75-$85/hour About Applied ABC Applied ABC is a leading provider of school-based behavioral health services dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs. Through collaborative partnerships with school districts, we provide high-quality behavioral support services that promote student success and positive educational outcomes. Position Overview Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based consultation and supervision services within a local school district in Meredith, NH . This is a part-time/per diem opportunity , requiring approximately 4 hours per week of in-person support. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and supervision to two Applied ABC RBTs/Behavior Technicians , collaborate with educational teams, and support the implementation of effective behavior intervention strategies for students. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Minimum of three years of experience providing ABA services, preferably within a school or educational setting Strong collaboration and consultation skills Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with school personnel and Applied ABC leadership Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and oversight to two Applied ABC RBTs/Behavior Technicians Conduct observations and provide recommendations related to student programming and behavioral supports Consult and collaborate with school personnel, educational teams, and Applied ABC staff as needed Support the implementation and monitoring of behavior intervention plans Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical, professional, and district expectations Maintain timely and accurate documentation related to supervision and consultation activities What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive hourly compensation Meaningful opportunity to support students in a school-based setting Ongoing support from an experienced and collaborative clinical team Equal Opportunity Employer Applied ABC is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
