We are a small, BCBA-owned and operated private ABA practice providing individualized, home- and community-based services to children and families throughout Southern New Hampshire. As a BCBA-owned company, clinical quality is at the center of how we operate. Our BCBAs have direct access to the owner/Clinical Director, autonomy in clinical decision-making, and the opportunity to build strong working relationships with the RBTs/BTs and families they support. This position is ideal for a BCBA who values quality over quantity and is looking for a more personal alternative to the large, corporate ABA model. We prioritize manageable caseloads, individualized treatment, ethical and compassionate care, and a collaborative environment where clinicians have a voice. The BCBA will oversee individualized ABA programming, provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs/BTs, collaborate with caregivers and other members of the client's treatment team, and use ongoing data analysis to guide clinical decision-making. Duties Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and reassessments to identify individualized strengths, needs, and treatment priorities. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, function-based treatment plans using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Develop skill-acquisition, behavior-reduction, caregiver-training, and behavior support programs based on each client's individual needs. Analyze client data and make clinically appropriate modifications to treatment programs based on client progress. Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, feedback, and support to RBTs/BTs providing direct services. Conduct treatment integrity and competency-based observations to support high-quality implementation of programming. Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote generalization of meaningful skills within everyday routines. Collaborate with schools, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, medical providers, and other members of the client's care team when appropriate and authorized. Complete treatment plans, progress reports, session documentation, and other required clinical documentation accurately and within established timelines. Maintain services and documentation in accordance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA requirements, payer requirements, and company policies. Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration with the Clinical Director and contribute to the continued development of a growing, clinician-led practice. Requirements Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Ability to meet all applicable requirements to provide behavior analytic services in New Hampshire. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, functional assessment, skill acquisition, behavior-reduction procedures, and data-based clinical decision-making. Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs. Experience supervising and providing clinical feedback to RBTs/BTs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication and collaboration with the Clinical Director and treatment team. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and community-based service locations. Commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA services. Why Empowering Minds ABA Solutions? At Empowering Minds ABA Solutions, you are not simply another clinician on a large organizational chart. You will work directly with a practicing BCBA owner who understands the clinical responsibilities, challenges, and importance of the work you do. As a small private practice, we are committed to growing thoughtfully while maintaining the personalized approach that our clients, families, and staff deserve. We value clinician input, open communication, reasonable expectations, and clinical decisions based on what is best for the individual client. We are looking for a BCBA who wants to grow with us and be part of a company where their clinical expertise and perspective genuinely matter. If you are looking for a BCBA-owned practice with a small-company feel, direct access to leadership, clinical autonomy, and an emphasis on high-quality home-based ABA services , we would love to hear from you.
