Home-Based ABA Services Schedule:
Flexible scheduling based on your availability and caseload ABA Solutions is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home-based ABA services throughout New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with families while delivering individualized, evidence-based services that promote meaningful, lasting progress in the environments where children learn and grow every day. About ABA Solutions ABA Solutions is owned and operated by BCBAs dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services through individualized treatment planning, trauma-informed practices, and compassionate care. We are a collaborative, close-knit team that values clinical excellence, ethical practice, and supporting one another. Clinical Support for BCBAs Our analysts receive ongoing support from experienced clinical leadership and administrative staff so they can focus on providing meaningful services.
Our team provides:
Flexible caseload development based on your interests and availability Ongoing collaboration with Directors and experienced BCBAs Administrative support to reduce non-clinical responsibilities Opportunities to mentor RBTs and developing clinicians Regular clinical consultation and peer collaboration Centralized service areas whenever possible What You'll Do Behavioral Assessment & Intervention Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Monitor client progress and update treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes Home-Based ABA Services Provide direct consultation and caregiver coaching within the home Deliver individualized treatment recommendations that fit each family's routines and goals Support skill generalization across natural environments Collaborate closely with caregivers to promote long-term success Data Collection & Clinical Decision Making Maintain data collection systems and analyze client progress Complete documentation required by funding sources Prepare treatment updates and progress reports Professional Development Participate in ongoing clinical training and peer collaboration Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Reimbursement for indirect hours and travel time Flexible scheduling 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible full-time employees) Life insurance Accrued sick leave Free in-house CEU opportunities Ongoing mentorship and clinical consultation from experienced BCBAs Supportive team environment focused on professional growth Qualifications Required Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Preferred Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Experience providing caregiver coaching and home-based consultation Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work independently while partnering closely with families BCaBAs are also encouraged to apply.
