Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued Ability to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade Passion for working with children and adolescents with diverse behavioral needs Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Positive, adaptable approach to changing student environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and classroom behavioral support to students as directed by supervising BCBA or special education personnel Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies to assist students in developing skills and meeting educational goals Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages positive behaviors Communicate regularly with teachers and school staff regarding student needs and achievements
