Registered Behavior Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Grants, NM . As an RBT with Yes ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Conduct data collection and progress tracking during sessions Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards Support positive behavior change and skill development

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education a plus Knowledge of behavior management and intervention techniques Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
