This Role:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans Support and guide high school students and those in transition programs to achieve their academic, social, and behavioral goals Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to implement individualized programs effectively Provide training and consultation to staff and families to ensure holistic support for students Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
