Lighthouse CH seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to provide Christ-centered behavioral support to male clients in Delray Beach, FL. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 ABA sessions, implement individualized behavior plans, and collect accurate data to track client progress. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, counselors, and ministry staff to support emotional, behavioral, and spiritual growth. Ideal candidates have ABA or behavioral health experience, strong communication skills, and a heart for ministry, serving families with compassion, integrity, and Christian values in a community-focused setting.
