Job Description
Lighthouse CH seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to provide Christ-centered behavioral support to male clients in Delray Beach, FL. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 ABA sessions, implement individualized behavior plans, and collect accurate data to track client progress. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, counselors, and ministry staff to support emotional, behavioral, and spiritual growth. Ideal candidates have ABA or behavioral health experience, strong communication skills, and a heart for ministry, serving families with compassion, integrity, and Christian values in a community-focused setting. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA sessions to male clients following individualized treatment plans Collect and record accurate behavioral data during each session Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforcement plans Collaborate with BCBAs, counselors, and ministry staff on client goals Communicate progress and concerns to supervisors and caregivers Maintain client confidentiality and accurate documentation Support a Christ-centered environment through prayerful, compassionate care Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention planning Data collection and documentation Client progress reporting Autism spectrum disorder support De-escalation techniques HIPAA and client confidentiality Session planning and implementation Collaboration with BCBAs and clinicians Basic computer and EMR use
