Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - 2+ Years experience Required Up Up and Away ABA Services Up Up and Away is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, clinician-led ABA team. We are committed to providing high-quality services while ensuring our RBTs receive consistent supervision and strong clinical support above what is required by insurance models . Requirements (Must Meet All) Active RBT certification Minimum 2 years of ABA experience Experience implementing BIPs and skill acquisition programs Strong data collection skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, office and/or community settings Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data Collaborate with families and clinical team other administrative tasks per your BCBA supervisor What We Offer Weekly supervision Ongoing clinical support and mentorship flexibility in your own schedule Growth opportunities within a supportive team Competitive hourly pay based on experience/education. contractor positions available.
