Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated RBTs/Bts, to join our team

for Immediate start!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and possess expertise in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
Strong skills in medical documentation and record keeping
