Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated RBTs/Bts, to join our team- for Immediate start!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong skills in medical documentation and record keeping
- Knowledge of behavioral health interventions and applied behavior analysis principles This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while advancing your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
