Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated RBTs/Bts, to join our team
  • for Immediate start!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and possess expertise in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Strong skills in medical documentation and record keeping
